La collecte des candidatures est d\u00e9sormais ouverte pour la neuvi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du \u00ab Premio Farnesina \u00bb<\/strong>, qui sera d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 un chercheur italien s\u2019\u00e9tant distingu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger par ses m\u00e9rites scientifiques exceptionnels, ainsi que pour le prix \u00ab L\u2019innovazione che parla italiano \u00bb<\/strong>, d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux startups, et pour la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition du prix \u00ab Science, She Says! \u00bb<\/strong>.   1. \u00ab Premio Farnesina – Italian bilateral scientific cooperation award \u00bb<\/strong> : ce prix vise \u00e0 r\u00e9compenser l\u2019activit\u00e9 de jeunes scientifiques italiens qui se sont distingu\u00e9s au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, en Gambie, en Guin\u00e9e-Bissau et au Cap-Vert<\/strong> pour leur contribution au d\u00e9veloppement de la coop\u00e9ration scientifique bilat\u00e9rale dans tous les domaines de la science et de la technologie. Les candidatures doivent \u00eatre soumises avant le 23 septembre 2026<\/strong>.     The Embassy announces that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has published three calls for applications dedicated to scientists carrying out significant research activities of bilateral interest. Applications are now open for the ninth edition of the \u201cPremio Farnesina\u201d<\/strong>, to be awarded to an Italian researcher who has distinguished themselves abroad through outstanding scientific achievements, as well as for the \u201cL\u2019innovazione che parla italiano\u201d<\/strong> award dedicated to startups, and for the fourth edition of the \u201cScience, She Says!\u201d<\/strong> award. Full information and the relevant calls for applications are provided below:<\/p>\n

    1. \u201cPremio Farnesina – Italian bilateral scientific cooperation award\u201d<\/strong>: this award aims to recognize the work of young Italian scientists who have distinguished themselves in Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Cabo Verde<\/strong> for their contribution to advancing bilateral scientific cooperation in any field of science and technology. Applications must be submitted by 23 September 2026<\/strong>. At the time of submitting their application, candidates must be active in one of the above-mentioned countries.     2. \u201cL’innovazione che parla italiano\u201d Award<\/strong>: this award aims to recognize the high innovative value of technology startups founded by Italian citizens operating in Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Cabo Verde<\/strong>. Applications must be submitted by 23 September 2026<\/strong>. Startups must be active in one of the above-mentioned countries at the time of submitting their application.
