PROGRAMME INTERNATIONAL POUR LE DROIT ET LE D\u00c9VELOPPEMENT 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

L‘<\/strong>Institut International pour l’Unification du Droit Priv\u00e9 (UNIDROIT)<\/strong>, <\/strong>en collaboration avec le Minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00c9trang\u00e8res italien<\/strong>, <\/strong>organise le Programme International pour le Droit et le D\u00e9veloppement (IPLD) 2025 \u201cAfrica Plus\u201d. <\/strong>Ce programme offre aux juges, avocats et autres professionnels du droit des pays africains une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage sur les instruments de droit priv\u00e9, en particulier ceux li\u00e9s au commerce international et au d\u00e9veloppement durable, afin de favoriser des r\u00e9formes d’impact et de promouvoir le commerce mondial et le d\u00e9veloppement durable en Afrique.<\/p>\n

L‘<\/strong>IPLD 2025 \u201cAfrica Plus\u201d<\/strong> se d\u00e9roulera en juin et juillet 2025<\/strong> sous format hybride<\/strong> (en ligne et en pr\u00e9sentiel au si\u00e8ge d\u2019UNIDROIT \u00e0 Rome, en Italie).<\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM FOR LAW AND DEVELOPMENT 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), in cooperation with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organize the International Program for Law and Development (IPLD) 2025 \u201cAfrica Plus\u201d<\/strong>. The program offers African judges, lawyers, and other legal professionals from African countries a learning initiative on private law instruments, particularly those related to international trade and sustainable development, to shape impactful reforms and advance global trade and sustainable development in Africa.<\/p>\n

The IPLD 2025 \u201cAfrica Plus\u201d will be held in June and July 2025 in hybrid mode (online and in person at UNIDROIT\u2019s headquarters in Rome, Italy).<\/p>\n

L’Istituto Internazionale per l’Unificazione del Diritto Privato (UNIDROIT), in collaborazione con il Ministero degli Affari Esteri italiano, organizza l\u2019International Program for Law and Development (IPLD) 2025 \u201cAfrica Plus\u201d<\/strong>. Questo programma offre a magistrati, giuristi e operatori del diritto di paesi africani una formazione sugli strumenti di diritto privato, in particolare quelli legati al commercio internazionale e allo sviluppo sostenibile, per promuovere riforme di impatto e favorire il commercio globale e lo sviluppo sostenibile in Africa.<\/p>\n

L’IPLD 2025 \u201cAfrica Plus\u201d si svolger\u00e0 nei mesi di giugno e luglio 2025 in modalit\u00e0 ibrida (online e in presenza presso la sede di UNIDROIT a Roma, Italia).<\/p>\n
