Si informa l\u2019utenza che a partire\u00a0 dal 18 novembre 2025\u00a0 gli atti di stato civile dei paesi di accreditamento non aderenti alla Convenzione sulle Apostille ( Gambia, Mali, Guinea e Guinea Bissau ) dovranno essere legalizzati dall\u2019Ambasciata d\u2019Italia per poter essere presentati a corredo della domanda di rilascio del visto.<\/p>\n
Come da informazioni presenti nella sezione legalizzazioni del sito dell\u2019Ambasciata, si ricorda che per la legalizzazione di certificati di stato civile viene richiesta una percezione di FCFA 7.900, mentre per la legalizzazione del casellario giudiziale, di una procura o di altri atti giuridici viene richiesta una percezione di FCFA 15.750<\/p>\n
Tale passaggio permetter\u00e0 un maggiore controllo\u00a0sull\u2019autenticit\u00e0 dei documenti e semplificher\u00e0 la\u00a0regolarizzazione in Italia con le competenti Questura.\u00a0La legalizzazione \u00e8 obbligatoria per legge e necessaria per rendere validi i documenti in Italia e per ottenere il permesso di soggiorno.<\/p>\n
I richiedenti visto provenienti da questi Paesi potranno quindi depositare i documenti da legalizzare insieme alla domanda di visto.<\/p>\n
Tali documenti saranno restituiti ai richiedenti insieme ai passaporti.<\/p>\n

The public is hereby informed that starting from November 18, 2025, civil status documents issued in the accredited countries that are not parties to the Apostille Convention (Gambia, Mali, Guinea and Guinea-Bissau) must be legalized by the Embassy of Italy in order to be submitted in support of a visa application.<\/p>\n
As indicated in the \u201cLegalizations\u201d section of the Embassy\u2019s website, please note that a fee of 7,900 FCFA is required for the legalization of civil status documents, while a fee of 15,750 FCFA is required for the legalization of criminal records, powers of attorney, or other legal documents.<\/p>\n
This procedure will allow for better control over the authenticity of documents and will facilitate their regularization in Italy with the competent Questura. Legalization is required by law and is necessary to make documents valid in Italy and to obtain a residence permit.<\/p>\n
Visa applicants from these countries may therefore submit the documents to be legalized together with their visa application.<\/p>\n
