Where to Apply
Visa applications may be submitted through one of the following channels:
a) BLS International Visa Application Centre
All visa applicants may submit their applications at the BLS International Visa Application Centre by scheduling an appointment online in advance.
Opening Hours (Monday–Friday):
- Visa application submission: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Passport collection and call centre services: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

b) Visa Office of the Embassy of Italy
For information, applicants may contact the Visa Office at +221 33 889 2636 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (languages spoken: Italian, French, and Wolof).
Opening Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Visa appointments are scheduled in the morning, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Access to the Visa Office is permitted only with an appointment confirmed by the Embassy.
